Crochet Owl Change Purse

Crochet Owl Change Purse

If you are looking for a creative way to use up your scrap yarn, try my Owl Change Purse.

I created these originally as a quick gift for a little girl’s birthday.  She loved it so much I decided to make one for myself.  I loved using it.  I was able to toss my credit cards, ID a couple of dollars, change and my lip gloss.  And it all was a perfect fit.

The best thing about this pattern is all the color combinations that you can make.  You can use that dreaded variegated yarn (you know the one – it’s the one that you have not found a project/stitch that looks right).  Or you can do multiple colors, solid colors, and that scrap yarn that is too little for proper project.
